If you are having issues downloading your history, you may need to deactivate and reactivate your connection with KFCU. Make sure that you have a good backup before you deactivate your accounts.
If you are not sure what download method you are using in Quicken, you can find out by going to the Quicken menu and choosing Tools > Account List.
From the sceen above, click on the Edit button next to one of your KFCU accounts and click on the Online Services tab. This will bring up the following screen, which shows your Connection Method.
Quicken Mac users can find the Connection type by clicking on the account name in the bar down the side of Quicken Mac and then clicking on the Settings gear icon in the bottom right corner.
If you want to use Direct Connect, you will need a Direct Connect Username & Password before you can set it up in Quicken. You can get these in KFCU Online (main menu - Additional Services - Connectivity for Quicken®). If you get a message that you are already enrolled and can't remember either your User ID or password, please call our Telephone Service Center at (505) 254-4369 or (800) 880-5328 and request that we unregister your Direct Connectivity for Quicken. Then try registering again.
In order to set Direct Connect up in Quicken, once you get your accounts set up in Quicken, go to the Accounts List (see above) and click on Improve Connect and follow the instructions.
